CAROLANN JOHNSEN WOLEK is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Carolann is a highly skilled practitioner with over 25 years experience in emergency, critical care and surgical nursing. She is also Board Certified in Emergency Nursing. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University where she graduated magna cum laude. She graduated with high honors and a Masters in Family Practice from the Christine Lynn School of nursing at Florida Atlantic University. Carolann is a native Floridian, who lives in Eastern Lake Worth with her husband and 3 children.
Carolann is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Association of Medical Aesthetic Nursing. Carolann has continued her training and has multiple certifications in advanced derma fillers, sclerotherapy and laser management. Carolann was recently nominated for Nurse of the year through Palm Health Care Foundation. Carolann is also employed by JFK hospital where she performs minimally invasive procedures.
